HIV/AIDS

Well I'm 39 yrs young and I was diagnosed 6 yrs ago as being HIV+ after being infected by my husband. I'm single and looking forward to moving back down south to be closer to my family and friends again the first weekend in Aug this yr. I guess I joined this site for some support/advice from others in similar situations. Up untill now I dont think I've really dealt this my status or how I felt when I was diagnosed. I've never once felt sorry for myself or looked to blame anyone, I think I sub-conciously just was greatful to still be alive and well.

Honesty, compassion, people with pure hearts & mind with no hidden agenda ! sharing special moments with people I love (my friends & family)making sure I stay fit & healthy for years to come. Enjoying life to the max every single day never allowing anyone to ever put me down again.

Lies, dis-honesty and most of all false people, does my head in. Men who ask me for money !! I have no issues with sharing what I have and money with a man who has firstly gained my trust and respect ;o)

Try to read as much as I can, diagnosised as being highly Dyslexic with some degree of Dyspraxia and ADD thrown in for good measure !! I like to read about people's lives, autobiograhys mainly.

Relaxing & learning to enjoy my own company for the very first time ever and listening to R&B music. Spending time with my family and friends and helping others whenever I can.
