Hey freinds, It might be a short time before I am able to log on again. At the moment my City has sustained substancial damage yesterday from T.S. Ike. We had 70-80 mile an hour winds sustained for at least 5 hours, no electricity for over 500,000 people, and a lot of damage. I am writing you from inside one of my cities Police cars computer, until we are up and running again...................................

Hi Grayson, How are you doing?  I sure hope that you or your property hasn't received any damage from the Hurricane.  Me here in st.louis Sunday experenced a whole day of heavy rain about 9 inches of rain fell. My basement had gotten a little water in the craw space under the steps, but nothing major.  We had lost electricity for over 4 hs, but i have my meter invention so i was able to weather the storm.  Heck it would be a great time for me to lend you one of my meters right now to keep you sane LOL.  My friend I hope that you are ok and that all is well with you.  TTYL. Take care.  Your friend Shawn The METERMAN!

Hey Gray....good luck to you.  Hopefully the power will come on before the 2 weeks.  I hope you have a generator at least for your food and keeping cool.  During Hurricane Charlie, I had no power for 3 weeks and when they finally put it on (in August in Florida its usually 110 degrees), my a/c was broken so that had to be replaced.  Hurricanes are no fun!  Stay safe and let Trippy keep us posted.  Love you M'lady
