I have been HIV+ for about 5 years as a result of an accidental needle stick.At the time i was working for an HIV primary care clinic as a nurse.I do not have AIDS yet. I am not even taking any mediation. My Dr tells me it is too soon for that. I hope he knows what he is doing. Everyone tells me that I am one of the strongest people they have ever met. This makes me laugh because I know it is only because no one can wear a mask like I can. I feel my strength fading to a dangerous level. So now after 5 years I am reaching out for the first time. I can’t be the only one going through this.

I love the summer, the feel of the sun on my skin, and a perfect tan. I love being close to the ocean with the sand on my feet and a perfect sunset. I love even more than that to share it with someone special: woman or man, although the second is preferred the first can mean just as much. I love freshly cleaned sheets on my bed, dryer sheets, and being able to sleep late. I love to fall asleep and waking up with someone who loves to fall asleep and wake up with me. I love the smell of jasmine, magnolia, honeysuckle, Easter lilies and coffee in the morning. I love to watch things grow and am awed at how perfect the cycle of life and seasons are.

Fake people piss me off. I don’t like people interfering in my life. I don’t like someone being up my ass all the time. I like my space and when someone will not allow it? I quickly remove them from my life. I don’t like liars. If you can’t tell the truth, always, shut the f@ck up. I hate gossip. I hate people who gossip. I have to have respect at all times and demand it. I will never disrespect you, not intentionally. Lighten up people; my life is too short to spend all my time dealing with yours. I also hate negative people. My glass if always half full, and if yours is not, chooses a smaller glass next time.

reading, fushing, drinking beer with my wonderful friends. I like the beach and throwing a ball for my dog on the beach. I like to travel mostly to mexico.Cozumel is my favoret. I love to be out doors.
