yesterday (thruesday 12/6/12) I found out I'm hiv+, I see the doctors talk but my ears cant hear what thy are saying. My mind is trying to make since of all that is happing. I dont know what is to come, but I know that I'm ready to fight.

 Yes it can take a while for it all to absorb into conciousness.. But it will and then you can derive all the knowledge you will need to make the transition easier ...

You are certainly not alone and we h ave many many folks here who have been living withthe disease 30+ years and still going strong .. Welcome to tribe the best support site online
