All White Blood Cells, and would be in flux with any infection.  Maybe look more on depth online.  I used to know more when in anatomy but that's been a couple of years.  Nuetrophilis are related to T cells, but look more online...

Approximately 50% to 70% of white blood cells are neutrophils---they help fight off infections..
