God conscious, Puerto Rican male, born, raised and educated in New York. Prior US Navy & law enforcement backgrounds. Haven't been a choir boy & don't pretend to ever having been. Disabled, but re-trained in health services. Presently performing outreach work in New York State. Was diagnosed HIV+ on 12/25/86 along with my wife. She passed away after 4yrs in 1990, but not before giving me a lovely daughter, Sylvia, who is negative, by The Grace of God. I also have an older son Daniel ll with a different woman. I am very passionate about those I love and my job and have always enjoyed being of service.

I enjoy honesty from the start.Lets not get our wires crossed especially when it comes to matters of the heart.I wont swear to being a total no nonsense type.But,my tolorance runs short.So,I think I am more of a low nonsense type.
