For starters, call me "old-fashioned" but just because i am a gay man does not mean my moral fiber flies out the window.
Born in Bowling Green, KY during the summer solstice of 1978; the son of a general baptist preacher...my childhood years were spent between Morgantown KY (Butler County, western KY) and Carlyle, Illinois (Clinton County, southern IL).
But I consider myself a native Lexingtonian, having lived and matured the majority of my life thus far from the fifth grade to present here in the heart of the bluegrass and the horse capital of the world, Lexington, KY.
"Grass, I mean Class of 1996." I am a "product" and graduate of the Paul Laurence Dunbar High School where I was most recognizable as the drum major/ field commander of the best band in the world. (And everybody knows Dunbar has the finest cheerleaders in the country.) Or with the theatre groupies clowning around the auditorium.
There's a lot to fit in between now and then, but jumping to the present, I'm a 30 year old loyal, generous, hard-working, impatient, courageous, infamous creative genius trapped in a dead-end job. How's that for a run-on sentence? Not so grim a tale tho, I got great friends and an unparalleled family. I enjoy swimming, working out and amusement parks.
