Life has dealt, me some severe blows over the last three years, I've spent too much time in thought and despair, over things that I cannot control, and these things have controlled me for too long. It's time for me to live the life that I have left, when my former wife left me two years ago, one and a half months latter I was diagnosed with HIV, She was a nurse on a HIV floor at a local hospital, coincidence or not? I was perfectly healthy, and negative, six months prior, and have been tested every year since 1985 due to my medical profession, and to this day would not have known, Had she not left so mysteriously. Friendship and getting rid of the loneliness is the starting point that I need. When it comes to issues regarding love and romance. It could be that I am so scared of losing what I have left of my ego and self esteem, That if I refuse to take risks to obtain something that I don't have. Then I will realize that I will never get any further than the rut and dark moods that seem to surround me like a cloak, that I can not shed, That until I take a deep breath, aim high, and shoot for My dreams I will lose all kinds of sleep and miss a lot of shots at the basket, Life will not ever stagnate around me, and that is who I will never be, nor know, that I will never become. Being needed as a friend, confidant, and pal is a fast most hoped for start for me right now. But I also Know that I am and always have been put here to share my Life and Love with that ever mystic, and evasive woman that my time is left for.
We all stand on a cliff, the only difference between us is that when we jump we either close our eyes and fall, or we open them and enjoy the final ride. Friendship is the door to be answered, Love is the one thing that you cherish and protect as you close and lock the door, and set back and ponder until the morning comes and you open the door to all of the special times left to be. WHEW!!!!!!

Not many, Fake people, would rank up there pretty high. In-Laws who have nothing better to do than to listen to a one sided conversation, betray your trust,endanger their siblings lives. And then lie when court day comes about. All being said and done, having the gall to completely turn their dysfunctional backs on you and their children.There again, FRIENDS, Those that are there to do nothing but take what they can get,Break your heart (twice and that's a shout-out, to you, and you know, but KARMA!). But all in all isn't that what most of the "isms" are about.
